SODIUM POLYNAPHTALENE SULFONATES

Superplasticizers / high efficiency water reducers, the function of these products is to reduce the water content in the mix without reducing its workability, obtaining significant improvements in the initial strengths and durability, increasing the consistency that will result in very fluid concretes without affecting its mechanical properties or strength. They optimize the water / cement ratio in order to obtain a concrete with equal fluidity and equal resistance.

NUTRISOL®

CALCIUM POLYNAPHTALENE SULFONATES

High efficiency superplasticizers / water reducers especially indicated on the production of gypsum wallboard, plasters treatment and precast concrete production. Its low content of sodium sulphates give it a wide dispersing power. They reduce the water content in concrete without reducing its workability, improving strength and durability, increasing consistency, which translates into very fluid concretes without affecting its mechanical properties or durability.

Family of specific products for the leather dyeing and printing industries. Mainly used as a dispersing agent during the production of dispersants and a stabilizer for rubber latex, as well as a leather tanning aid.

POLYCARBOXYLATE ETHERS

These are the last generation compounds, with great flexibility to modify their structure and obtain certain properties in terms of dispersing capacity, modifying the setting and retention of workability. The water-reducing or fluidizing capacity in this type of polymers is usually higher than that obtained with PNS / BNS. About their effect on concrete and their great capacity and flexibility to meet desired requirements, they are one of the greatest advances in concrete chemistry.

MELAMINE POLYCONDENSATED

Last generation compounds, like PCE, have great flexibility to modify their structure and obtain certain properties in terms of dispersant capacity on plastification and water reduction of cement and calcium sulphate based materials. They are specially recommended on gypsum wallboard production. The water-reducing or fluidizing capacity in this type of compound is higher than that obtained with PNS. They are considered one of the greatest advances in concrete chemistry.

NUTRISOL® RDP

REDISPERSIBLE POLYMERS

This sophisticated line of RDP are indicated for tile adhesives, renders, plasters and repair mortars. They increases strength of the bond between mortar and surface in the open air and water, heat ageing, and at cyclic freezing thawing. An spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAC/E), obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It will increases the flexibility and adhesiveness of the mortar, gypsum based products and wall putty, extend the opening time, improve the mortar's bending strength, waterproofness, wear resistance and prevent mortar and wall putty cracking. They can effectively improve the flexibility and adhesion.

MARFRAN® SG

Sodium salt of gluconic acid, produced by fermentation of glucose. White granular, crystalline solid/powder, very soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether. 
Sodium gluconate it is widely used in many industries.
Set retarder and a good plasticiser and water reducer for concrete, cement, mortar and gypsum. Corrosion inhibitor, it helps to protect iron bars used in concrete from corrosion.
As a high performance corrosion inhibitor to protect steel/copper pipes and tanks from corrosion.
